Polly B. Kawalek

POLLY B. KAWALEK was elected to serve as one of our directors effective as of the spin-off date. Ms. Kawalek retired in 2004 after
serving for 25 years in various capacities with Quaker Oats, Inc., which in 2001 became a business unit of PepsiCo. She served as President of PepsiCo’s Quaker Foods division from 2002 until her retirement. In 2001, Ms. Kawalek served as President of Quaker Oats’ U.S. Foods division and from 1997 through 2000 she served as President of its Hot Breakfast division. Ms. Kawalek serves as a director of Marlek Biosciences Corp. and Kimball International, Inc.
